2.2 Payment Options

Payment in Full: A single upfront payment for the total cost.
Instalment Plans: Monthly instalment payments (which may incur a higher total cost than the pay-in-full option to cover administrative overheads). We do not typically require deposits unless explicitly stated during a specific promotional period.

2.3 Scope of Work

Included: Access to online course modules, community forum access, and digital templates as specified at the time of purchase.
Exclusions: One-on-one consulting, technical implementation, or any services not explicitly listed in the course curriculum are not included.

3. Payment Terms

Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Kajabi. By making a purchase, you agree to their respective terms of service.
Late Payments: We reserve the right to apply interest or administrative fees for late payments on instalment plans.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may temporarily suspend your access to all course materials until the account is brought up to date.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Our refund policy is provided in addition to, and does not exclude, any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

4.1 Satisfaction Guarantees

We offer 30-day satisfaction guarantee for our online courses. Refunds are contingent upon 100% completion of the course material and evidence of implementation.

4.2 Change of Mind

Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses are not required to provide a refund for a "change of mind." Please ensure the courses meets your needs before purchasing.

4.3 Refund Requests

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All materials, videos, worksheets, and branding—whether paid or free—are the sole property of Ecom Scale School and are protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and international copyright laws.
